Taipan, Mamba and Choresive combines are level restricted.
You can combine only the vials you can use in your level.. Higher level vials are not allowed.
Anger of the Shissar IX and Strike of the Shissar IX were not possible for me to combine at level 51 with 240 skill level..
Their combine require 220 and used by level 55..
Working on finding out detailed restriction rules.. But as I said i have level 51 and skill level 240.. Lower level rogues could help better to find them out.
