As this is the result of the new poison quest, i did is right now. The result is 20 charges of the poison itself and 20 pieces of each of its making components.
After tryin to make one myself, I got sadly to me the info, "You are too inexperienced in your craft to even consider attempting this combiniation." So this is bound to a skilllimit. I cant give you the correct skillhight to first attempt it, but perhaps this thread can find out.

I have skill 257 with lvl 67. I cant do it.

the ones with trivial above 300 only require a 300 skill to combine

For normal, non restricted combines, as far as you want... you chance will only be 5% if it is way off... but you can try.

If applied to the OP's statement, the components earned from the quest are for rogue only dps poisons, I believe, and as such can only be combined once they are trivial or you have 300 skill.

I recieved the components for the level 60 Bite of the Shissar X, trivial 290, from the quest (my character being level 60). Sadly, my make poison skill at the time was only 75. My skill is higher now, but I still have some more skilling up to do to be allowed to make the combine.
