Hello,
I am trying to see if this can be verified as a tradeskill bug or not, and possibly item component reinbursment.
I have max Make Poison skill (300), max salvage aa(3), max poison mastery aa (3) and max trophy "Peerless Pestle" making my modified Make Poison skill (345)
Whenever I try to combine a Radiant Citrine of Minor Haste with a Black Gold Inlay (trivial of 327) I fail the combine and lose the inlay. This has happened to me four times in a row today at around 11:58AM PST. I have a feeling that this combine is bugged since it is trivial to me and I have max aa's max trophy.
I do understand failures can happen even a string of failures no matter what skill and trivial. I have made these pure augs for a while now and have failed on these combines before. I'm usually about 1 fail in 8-10 combines roughly. I think it's extreemly unlikly however that I would have a string of four failures on a trivial combine with my skill and aa's.
I want to test more but hesitant due to losing Black gold Inlays. If this can be verified as a bug somehow I would also like my four (4) Black Gold Inlay reinbursed that were eaten by this bugged combine if at all possible. I spend a very long time getting to the skill that I am now and really don't think I should lose these items if a bug was looked into and comfirmed. I have attached a screenshot of these failures. I will also post on EQ Traders for Ngreth to look at.
