With PoP tier 2 poisons (trivial 322) it will be around 800 combines. More or less if you do other combines.

yeah, took me either 816 or 832 combines making rage of incapacitation.

my best suggestion is if you have gmas already, make a pop-level poison with trivial over 300 that you will use on a regular basis and has easily obtained ingredients. That's what I did. LOL, it's gonna be a while before I need to gather ingredients again!

        Bah!

My thoughts strayed in the same direction, but I forgot that RoI was no-drop! I've managed to put enough of it to good use to reclaim some bank space, but methinks I shall work a droppable (read muleable) poison the rest of the merry way to rank 7.

In case it should help someone else

It took me a bit over 800 combines of Scoriae Bite to boost mine to the Granbdmaster level. I choose that poison for several reasons.

1.) When combined into 5 dose versions using the Grandmaster Assassin's Seal I got back all my advanced poison vials as I went so I didn't have to waste a lot of time making vials.

2.) Unlike the 10 dose version you can sell the 5 dose version to a merchant for enough plat to offset most, though not all of your costs. The last time I checked merchants don't buy the 10 dose version at all.

3.) The two drop items required to make that poison are very, very common drops in some of the commonly hunted PoP zones so it isn't difficult to find stacks and stacks of them on merchants. They're also fairly cheap, especially when you realize that by taking advantage of the fact presented in reason 1 (see above) you can almost completely offset your purchase costs.

Combine all these things together and for any rogue who has a Grandmaster Assassin's Seal could use this recipe as a quick way to level up his or her trophy.

Just got to 300 a week ago and one of the poisons i made a lot of was Scoriae Bite and I am positive I was able to sell 10shot ones to vendor.

collecting components at the moment for my trophie lev6 to 7 run.
Probably going to concentrate on Scoriae Bite and Spine Rend for my run.... the components seem easy to get.

Just a little info. I sell 10 dose Scoriae Bite to the vendors all the time. 5 dose is 93pp and 10 dose is 209pp for me. I'm using that to skill up to 300. This is on Saryrn.

I wish my rogue was high enough level to get his grandmaster's assasin seal as my wizard is getting tired of making him advanced poison vials.
