Im working on my toxicologist trophy in my off time. one of the steps my (beginner) task is calling for is putrid bane. ive successfully done the combine a couple times without getting a task update. petitioned, /bugged, and posted in the eq forums. it appears to be bugged at this point.

Did you bugreport/post on eqlive forums?
as posted before- this is not a forum to communicate with game developers or reporting issues
Before fabled i did the combine and it worked for me /shrug- But you never know what happens after patches -
In your bug report did you list the actual recipie that you used? (just in case there are for some reason multiple recipies with the same name but bad/different results for some reason)

I did my trophie last night (Mon 3rd April) and had to make a Putrid Bane.
(my skill is 117 so whatever trophie quest you do for that)
I used the following -
lined poison vial, putrid bile(2), suspension
The Putrid Bile were looted last night also from Drakes in Lavastorm!
The vial was a bought one (not a player made one). Vial and Suspension bought in POK.
It worked fine for me
