New trophy bugged?

so what of those ppl doing 800 of the same combine to go from 6/7 to 7/7?

if i did the quest over again, i'd be at 5/7 38% i'd imagine with the new certificate combine, since i figure 200-249 is 4/7 and 250-299 is 5/7, and if i'm at 269 i just figure 19x2 = my %. how close am i? =-)

so if its 80 combines in the 5/7 area to get that 38%, then its maybe 200 combines to get to 6/7, then it quadruples the total combines to get to 7/7?

hmm, my baking one was at 4/7 when i got it, i forgot what my skill was at the time, i think 208. now my trophy is at 8% and my skill 213 about 30-40 combines later. i sure i did some planar fruit combines, and some vann toes, and maybe just a couple of one other.

Maybe I misunderstood.

There are various conditions here and it does apply to what your skill was when you did the task.

if you skill was in the hundreds... things will even out by the time you are 300

if your skill was say 275 when you did the trophy, and you did ti before the certificate changes....

on average, you will be at 300 when your trophy is at about 50% and is 5/7

at THIS point (only once you have reached 300), the trophy will gain 11X exp until it reaches 6/7 at which point it will be back to normal exp. at the time it has caught up is when you need the approximate 800 combines (could be less, could be more, depends on recipes)
but you will need approximately 80 combines to get it form 50% in 5/7 to 0% in 6/7
So yes, the person at 275 before the change in the certificates has to do 80 more combines to get their trophy to 7/7 once they reach 300 skill

so it is up to you, is it worth deleting the trophy and doing the trophy task again at 300 to avoid those 80 combines, or is it easier to just grind them out.

thanks =-) just had to be sure. if poisons ever became viable i might just reach 300 skill and work on my trophy =-)

Seeing it costs me on average 200 combines for each point in fletching after 290, you don't need to worry bout the math doing fletching

trophee will evolve to 6/7 nearly as fast as you get to 300 from that point


Fletching is still sick, being flagged as an easy tradeskill an therefore needing 4x as many combines
