Does the Grandmasters Assisin's Vial summon the coffin poison bottle or just a satchel? I'm trying to get my rogue the item to combine PoP poisons with however she is only 35 atm.Is there anyway to do this?

We're having a bit of a conversation about that here.
You make the vial first, which is an Artisan's Seal and a sealed poison vial. That will summon the 100% weight reduction bags. Be sure to turn one in to that guy in the bazaar to get a permanent 100% weight reduction bag. You need the vial in order to start the quest for the grandmaster assassin's seal, which is the one that summons the coffin poison bottles. From what I've been told (see other thread), you need to be 46 in order to do this quest (either the quest giver won't give it to you until then, or at the very least, because you need a drop in the PoFear to complete it.)
