Well, here's my skill up rate. I didn't start until 211, but then I kept track of my skill ups when doing poison. 200 and 211 were both really hard points (over 100 for each.) There are a few hard points too.

I didn't calculate the average yet, to see how many combines per skill up (kept leaving the data home. Now that it's here, I can pop it into excel quickly, and do that.)

EDIT: My average was 28.57 combines per skill up. DEX was my highest stat, at 160.
