I did not see any sources for Soot Hemlock while looking up poisens so I just thought I would say that it can be found in Sol A off of various goblins.

Don't they also drop off the dogs in SolB? I thought I used to get tons of them hunting the dogs.

Soot Hemlock is aprox >30% drop off LsM Goblins, as it drops off the gobos outside it would also seam logical that it would also drop in Sol A..... and guess what, it does.
