Shrieking Ahlspeiss/Sluggish Sketch

Can anyone confirm that Shrieking Ahlspeiss still drops off of random Aborrents since Hate was updated? Back in the day you couldn't sling a dead cat in Hate without hitting an Aborrent that dropped one. Now that it would actually useful to me I can't find one to save my life.

Is this irony kicking me in the kidneys again or should I be hunting down a named?

sorry French, i was lucky because im a horder for my old weapons so i had it in the bank. wasnt so lucky on the burning raiper so had to do that again, but its a fun quest anyway.

I'd go hunt down the named aborrent if I were you. I never saw one drop from anything other than the named in new hate, and thanks to the most god-awfully unlucky ranger I've ever seen I got to spend a good amount of time in there.

Drops off the Avatar of Abbhorance in Hate. He has the possibility of either dropping the Ahlspeiss or another weapon. There is a very nice site that has some great maps of all the named spawn points and also goes over the quest for a nice ranged item if you want to do the work to get it. (see addy below)
