Help at 191

Im currently at 191, what can I do to get to 200?

I don't remember the skill-up route that I personally used, but by going off of Tal Kor's chart, do Star Ruby to 199, then Fire Emerald to 200. Please note, that the owner does mention that some of the Trivials are out of date.

Ok just did Fire Opal till they trivialed at 196 in the PoK jewlery shop. Cost was 52pp and change for stone and 10pp and change for gold bar. Sell back was 62pp. Not to bad.. back to work, 200 is haunting me now.
