raw diamond nerf?

I have noticed a marked reduction in the drops of certain items from PoP (specifically JC items as thats what I have been working on) such as highly polished gems, metallic liquid, etc

i am told that on test server recently this is even worse now and that raw diamonds are virtually non existant... this would be a problem as a lot of the better items to sell require them

can someone confirm the nerf of raw diamonds on test? need to know if i should stock up now while i can

Caution: You tread on dangerous ground.

Any time you cry "nerf" all you do is upset people. You say only that, "i am told that on test server" without naming a source. You have only subjective data about a set of drop-rates, or if you have hard statistical evidence, you don't cite it.

Drop rates on for a server on which you do not actively play are nigh-impossible to measure, and it is difficult at best to measure drop rates on your play-server.

Sony Online Entertainment rarely announces a change to decrease the drop-rate of something, so if you are concerned that you will be left without a supply, you should simply stock-up now.

Don't start or repeat a rumor.
