I found this still makes the items it used to, but it is marked on the page as "This item is not used for tradeskills." Hardly worth the two sapphire it takes to make the Enchanted Cazicite Bar, but if you're desperate and cannot find any other things to make, the cazicite diamond bracelet (triv 322) has the best stats of the cazicite jewelry, (not that it's the best bracelet in-game by far).
