disappointing problem with new JC

Anyone had a problem before with trying to aug new GM elegant gear that has a type 11 crafted group slot with the type 11 crafted group slot Jewelry augs? I made elegant frostwarded armband and even when equipped the trillion cut taaffeite will not add stats. it matches slot/type and evrything to the gear. Big thing I was wondering is if anyone has a new GM gear that was able to aug it with the matched aug slot type 11 crafted group of the new JC and it worked? Im thinking if a aug is going to say type 11 crafted group . then it should work in a type 11 crafted group slot .. esp when it allows you to aug it and makes the aug useless after it becomes no trade. I didnt want to petition it just yet cuz figured maybe some of you here would have some input from past experiences.

No. Crafted JC augments (even that would appear to fit in cultural armor by slot/type) do NOT work.

This was posted a few time by Ngreth and even was in a patch message that these would not fit.

JC gems are for JC created items. The cultural symbols go with the cultural armor.
