    ARGH! *major expletive*

Please PLEASE remove the old enchanted jewelry recipes from the site (or mark them broken). Thinking they were still viable I just enchanted 80 platinum bars.

You can still use those bars of platinum to make things.

The volunteers here at EQTC are working hard to get the database updated with the huge influx of new recipes that came with SOF. Post in the Database Update Submissions forum if you have explicit combines that no longer work, pleast post it there. That is where the database junkies look.

Actually, please put the recipes back in game.

If the dwerium is essentially unviable till 40+ (and honestly 65+ in most instances), give us back an alternative for low level chars!

          Not just Dwerium, palladium too.

I looked for recipes I could use my enchanted platinum on, and none that I found were above 200, which is of course where I'm at.

My original plan had been to skill up using Palladium trio, duo and such since I have amassed a bit of scale ore. So of course I look and see that my enchanter needs to enchant the bars. Fine, no problem. I hoof my 42 enchanter over to commonlands, buy the 3 'abilities', and try to mem them. Sadly, nowhere on the ability listed here in the database does it say I need to be 51, 52, and 53 for the abilities. So the only things available to me are the practice stuff, which sure isn't going to fetch any cash. I chewed through my scale ore supply anyways and then went to platinum unenchanted. Only lost about 800 plat on selling the enchanted back to the merchant.

I concur with the idea of putting the old recipes back in. It sure couldn't hurt, it's not like the old recipes gave an unfair advantage to anyone, and they're a HECK of a lot simpler. I still have my mind only mostly wrapped around the new idea.

Anyways, as far as database work, want some help? I've done database and un*x stuff for years, and if I remember correctly from talking to Verdandi at FanFaire that yall are using mysql, which I also use.

Really need to remove the recipies, I just bought and enchanted 100 platinum bars which are now useless for skilling up... I do appreciate all the hard work that goes into keeping the recipies up to date, but wasting that ammount of plat just hurts.
