Cutting Tool error?

Anyone else had issue with some of the Nihilite cuts? The tool reverts backwards 2 or 4 steps from what it was before you did the cut combine?

I don't recall the specific combines... but...

Example -- I might do a Marquise cut and get an Marquise Gem and a Sqaure Cut Tool back....

Here too, and Salvage would recover the marquise tool and I'd get both back.

Which kind of worked, because I could destroy the wrong one I got back and cut more marquise without clicking it back to the right tool.
