Can't Make the Settings

I must be missing something? I have been able to cut the gems but I can't make the settings. I got the SoF expansion. Do I need to activate something or a quest?

I have tried lots of different combines like:

In several type of jeweler kits

enchantered silver bar + round cut ring jewelry mold + dou setting tool

= No combine

You need the "Ring Mold" from the same vendor. Not the "Round Cut Ring Jewelry Mold".
