Testing Pale Nihilite combines (GoD recipes)

Test done: today

Pale Nihilites used: I had 164 Pale Nihilites in bank, all refined before patch of Nov 20. 140 from before SoF launch. 24 from between SoF launch and patch of Nov 20. All of them stack together.

Testing GoD JC recipes for Smithing:

Combine:

I successfully combined a Pale Nihilite Short Haft Kit (one of the GoD JC recipes for GoD Smithing) in a reinforced JC kit with one of these Pale Nihilites.

UI record:

All the Pale Nihilite Kit recipes in my UI are now named "legacy", e.g. Pale Nihilite Short Haft Kit (legacy).

All the Pale Nihilite Kit recipes I originally had in my UI are showing the wrong inset mold used.

e.g. the recipe for Pale Nihilite Cestus Kit is shown to be using Short Haft mold. I click on Pale Nihilite Cestus Kit in my UI, it consumes a Short Haft inset mold and produces a Pale Nihilite Short Haft Kit.

Testing GoD JC recipes for JC:

Combine:

I successfully combined Silver Bar & one of these Pale Nihilites in a reinforced JC kit and got a Silver Nihilite Ring.

UI record:

I have never made a Silver Nihilite Ring before today. The msg I got was "You have learned the recipe Platinum Nihilite Pendant (legacy)!"

The recipe Platinum Nihilite Pendant (legacy) was added to my UI. Recipe listed is Silver Bar + Pale Nihilite.

I have never made nihilte jewelry before but I have made almost all the smithing kits.

Two new recipes are found in my UI. They are using JC recipe names (which I haven't done before) but are actually the smithing recipes (which I have done before).

Recipe for Silver Nihilite Ring (magical) (legacy) is listed as: Long Haft inset mold, water flask, crucible, gnomish heat source

I have never made a Silver Nihilite Ring (magical) before. But I have made a Long Haft inset kit before.

Recipe for Electrum Nihilite Earring (magical) (legacy) is listed as: Cestus inset mold, water flask, crucible, gnomish heat source

I have never made a Electrum Nihilite Earring (magical) before. But I have made a Cestus inset kit before.

Results:

Pale Nihilite refined before patch of Nov 20 can still be used for GoD recipes (both for smithing and JC).

Sounds like corresponding recipe names and recipe nos. have been shifted up or down by a few nos?

that seems kinda odd. i wonder if the shimmering is the same way. since i have over a full stack of those things lol.

Old Shimmering Nihilites (round) still work for the GoD recipes. Unlike, Pale Nihilite, recipe names and recipes correspond for Shimmering. But the word "legacy" is not attached to the Shimmering recipe names.
