Is this including or not including what you get selling stuff back to merchant?

The 1'314 Platinum bars used came in at 137'969 plat component cost. So it's after sell-back.

I assume they were enchanted too, right?

As long as you have high success rates it is not too bad, it's when you have long runs and lots of failures especially on the more expensive combines on the upper end.

Posted costs are after sellback. I also have salvage 3, which seemed to fire more often on the platinum bars than on the less expensive gems. Made me happy.

I also shoulda posted that I had 397 WIS, burning Sage's Requital from tribute, and +5% or +8% mod, which put my skill over trivial for all these combines.

I see, was too tired to add up what it would cost normally..
and it just seemed like a REALLY low amount lol..

The AA's you have purchased have a pretty big effect on how successful you are and what it costs you. I spent the last 2 days working my JC up from 200 to 272. It cost me approximately 27K to do it, but my main tradeskiller is a human warrior with only 320 wisdom, salvage 1, and no JC Mastery. While I don't enjoy the cost; it does beat farming greens for drops by a million times in my opinion.
