I have a barbarian shaman character working on jewelcraft on the Sleeper server, using an ordinary 4-slot jeweler's kit and the enchanted silver + imbued ivory (necklace) and enchanted electrum + imbued ivory (earring) recipes do not combine.

If the content is supposed to be unlocked and it is not working properly, then it needs to be reported via /bug in game and/or on the Sony website.

Could somebody confirm that the imbued ivory recipes work fine on any different server?
There's actually lots of recipes not in the original expansion or Kunark that still work on the progression server, and they did a great job of killing off all the spell merchants in the new Freeport and the EC tunnel that would have spells from other expansions. (In fact, even the gypsy in the Oasis camp that would have Kunark-era spells is still missing, so you have to have an iksar alt to get the Kunark-era shaman spells). Among those, however, was not the merchant in the EC tunnel with the mass imbue spells. I did also report this combine failure in game, but you never get a response back on that (at least not unless your lucky in which case you would see a correction in a subsequent patch message).Comment
