I've seen some drop in Theater of Blood as well, none anywhere else. I believe Ngreth posted somewhere (maybe on the beta boards for PoR) that this was going to be a very rare drop.

Got a few from ToB as well. What is upsetting is that many of the items made with these are NO TRADE. Some are attuneable but most are NO TRADE. Fix this please...Comment

Just do a search for harmonagate on Lucy, all the rings are listed as attuneable, but every pendant and earring is no trade.Comment

Maybe the links listed on Lucy are after someone has attuned said items to their character? That would make them no trade. Just a thought.

Most items still say attunable even after attuned. Could ust be lucy ignores attunable tags if it has the nodrop tag as well.Oriaas Farslayer
