300 on Quellious

Dinged 300 on Quellious on 10 December.

Did a mix of geodes/amethyst/quartz from LDON and velium blue diamond for 296-300. Luckily someone (a guild?) had emptied their banks - I found over 500 blue diamonds on vendors

Took about 80 combines per for the last 10 points . . . quite frustrating, as the Trophy had maxed around 280 or so. I don't see myself maxing the trophy for the extra 9 points.

No one emptied their bank. There is an exploit in the game that SOE has been unable to squash where someone is duping diamonds of all types. I also hit 300 today from 289 doing velium blue diamonds bracelets as I found vendors with over 1000 blue diamonds in Felwithe. I wish SOE would figure this exploit out as it has to be messing up the economy with that much cash being generated by people selling these diamonds to merchants.

Erm... checked into this a bit, via my wife... Official EQ forums have a related thread locked and blocked with an "exploit" disclaimer.

Been playing this char far too long and worked too hard to get burned now... waiting for them to fix it.

Cost approx 80kpp from 290 - 300. Did a ton of chains and then went to baz for BD's and druid alt in Thurg for Velium.
