Helm of Nocturnal Phantasms

I have one of these helms and I just noticed that it had a tradeskill tag on it. Anyone know what recipe it is used in or whether or not it's a bug?

Edit: no one has any idea at all why this has a tradeskill tag? /sigh

Really would appreciate any ideas at all as to why this helm may have tradeskill tag and what might work when combined w/ it so feel free to post even if only a shot in the dark, would be more insight than i have, I'm horrible at figuring out recipes.
