Items with the tradeskill flag now

I was out in Beholder's Maze gathering up Heavy Clay today, and I noticed that a couple of pieces of jewelry - "Golden Earring" and "Onyx Ring" - now have the tradeskill flag. I don't know if that's been mentioned anywhere else, but I figured this forum would be the best place to toss that out in.

The item that puzzles me the most is from PoP jewlery, the Helm of Nocturnal Phantasms. Now before OoW came out this item also did not have the tradeskill tag, I logged onto an alt and there it was. I have tried lightning cores to upgrade it in a jewlery bag , toolbox and forge. Well if anyone feels like sharing idea's please do i'm sure they didn't add the tradeskill tag to these item's cause they were bored, well... maybe they did. thanks
