raw shimmering nihilite?

There is plenty of Raw Pale Nihilite on my server, Morden Rasp. Being sold in Bazaar for prices ranging from 150 (bought 12 of em at that price, yeehaw) to almost 1k.

But I have only seen Raw Shimmering Nihilite ONCE, and it was being sold for 3k. Of course I did not buy it at that price, but I was wondering..... does anyone know what actually DROPS the Raw Shimmering Nihilite? What zones, which mobs?

Kod'taz and higher zones in GoD, pretty much random from anything.

3k seems pretty cheap when you consider there are 2 Raw Shimmering Nihilite for sale right now on Cazic-Thule, one at 15k and one at 20k...

Not that they're likely to sell for that price, but such is the greed of my server

I agree that is not a horrible price since the difficulty it takes to get kt flagged and it's drop rate which is so so.

I've paid up to 6k for Raw Shimmering Nihilite in the past, although the decline in Velium Gemmed prices has forced me to be a lot pickier on prices.

However, if I saw it for 3k, I would have snatched that deal up in a second.

I have paid as much as 6k each to as little as 2k. Anymore I won't buy for more than 2500p.

Fortunatly I am now getting 3 refined out of almost every raw gem.

The prices of raw shimmering nihilite are dropping. I've sold two for 6k each. I currently have 4 on my trader for 4.5k each, but they've been sitting for awhile. I received a tell offering 2.5k each.

I found the only piece I ever got on a vendor. Bazaar prices for raw shimmering nihilite have been running about 10-20kpp each. The velium gemmed weapons are still running 20-40kpp each, but dropping quickly.
