etching tools in a jewelry kit. DNC. What am I doing wrong? Does it need to be a planar JK?

Anyone else have this problem?

Yes; the recipe page in fact says as much

If memory serves, this is part of Aid Grimel; much of the work for this quest must be done in planar or collapsible containers.

Yeah, I had a DNC on it with a JC kit i picked up in thurg, went to PoK and got a planar JC kit and made it np, same thing happened the next day when I did it again (planning on doing earrings twice and keeping a ring for EB gear until i get ele hat, which is a long way off on my upgrade path).

btw: the confusion is probably because it doesn't say you need a planar jc kit for it on the quest writeup page.
