Freebie Quest broken?

Hello all,

Trying to do the freebie quest so i can make the nihilite, however I have given her over 300 simple clasps and she will not let me proceed onto the second combine!

Are the GoD freebie quests broken at the moment? I have also tried the brewing quest, and again I can not proceed past the first series of combines.

Make sure when you turn the items in you don't have them stacked. You can give her 4 unstacked at a time.
