New information:

a) The information about pricing is incorrect. NPCs *buy* it at 1g 9s, not sell.
b) They do in fact sell it at 6g 2s 9c.
c) Finding this out hurt my soul
d) It is not trivial at 220, ergo it's 220<x<=222.
