Helping some lowbie friends

Ok so at my local gaming store i convinced about 30 people to play eq. i know, i'm a bastard. but they are gonna play on my server and i'm gonna hook them up with some really low end jewelry so they can go thru eq commando. however, i'm really tight on cash, and i wanna know what kind of fail rates i would have on items in the 110-150 trivial range with a skill of 246 and my geerlok.
