Where can these be found? When I looked em up on this site all it said was off ogres from Plane of Tactics.... the entire zone is ogres and boars can anyone with more information please post here and let me know where the best place to get em is

Can drop off anything that gives you a yellow exp message in tactics .

From what I've heard its more common near Rallos' war planning room.

Found one Highly Polished Gem in the pit in Tactics. It dropped of a Battle Wraith. Had some guildmate who said he got one off some Diaku. So i assume they must random drop around the zone but **** rare.
