Update on Faceted Hyacinth for Life Leech spell quest

I made this item last night for my SK ( Uncut Hyacinth + Gem Cutter) the recipe in the DB lists that Gem Cutter is returned on success. I did NOT get gem cutter back on successful combine, presume it is returned on fail still. It was trivial at 240 ( Combine made by Belarius of Mith Marr as I do not have a 240 JCer )
