"NEW" Grand Master's Eyepiece?

When I was doing my hand in of the no rent Grand Master's Sachel for the non no rent one to Jollum he said something about a new Grandmaster's Eyepiece to replace the old one. I tried the combine he talked about but it did not work and I did not have time to mess around with it.

Does anyone know anything about this?

This is a quest to turn the original (Non-LORE, no summoned bags) version into the current version.
