Giant Dire Wolf/ Polar Bear Skins

Hiyas. Yesterday a few guildies and I were in the Pits in Permafrost doing a BST epic fight. We looted a few "Giant Dire Wolf Pelts" and also a few "Giant Polar Bear Skins." They are both listed as "This item can be used in tradeskills." But after doing a few google searches and searches on both the main eqtraders board and the messageboard, nothing has turned up.

So, I turn to you all asking what in the world are these heavy things for?

They could be used for a quest, or they're for an undiscovered/broken recipe.
