is there anything or anywhere i can forage to make money? or is there an item that people will buy that can be foraged? my skill is around 150 now and im wondering if i should try and get 200 or is it a waste of my time.

At that link you'll find the list of foraged goodies and from what zone. Now that the database makes it so easy to check what's used for what, you'll be able to use that page to tell wether that item you foraged up is worth anything or not.
I also sell vegetables and fruit pretty regularly besides the zone specific items.Ladnia

Morning Dew used to sell very well in the bazaar. I’d price mine at 35pp and usually sell out by the next day. A change went in since I last tried to sell them. Morning Dew is also a mob drop now. That may have reduced its value in the bazaar, but if enough people need it and the drops are not overly common then the market might still be very good.Pait Spiritwalker

I'd second the ribbon dye components. Plant shoots are good because they not only are used for ribbon dyes, but also for baking.
