cultural armor?

Im a DE close to make the coltural armor, and i have a friend that is HE that is also close to makeing the coltura armor. here is my question can she make the HE plate armor but switch out the imbumned stone so my half elf pally can wear it or do i have to make a humman mule to do it. i saw with the wood elf that you could do all the wood elf armor and wepons as karrana as well. use wondering if the same holds for all armor use need to switch out the gem?

assuming that by HE you mean HIE, and that by switch out you mean omit or leave out, then yes, unimbued high elf cultural plate can be worn by HEF PAL. Also, if the paladin's diety is tunare, he can wear the imbued version as well.

If you meant to exchange the imbued gem for a rose quartz or diamond, then no, high elf cultural only accepts imbued emerald, as you can see from the recipes pages.
