This dropped from Oreen Wavecrasher the water wing named in BoT, with only the ring, so it seemed like it may have been in place of normal loot. Its probably vendor junk but someone in the group said it was used in tradeskills and worth a lot of pp. I couldnt find anything about it on here or allakhazam's. Can anyone please fill me in?

Not a tradeskill afaik, but I heard it was used in a key quest of some sort *shrug* Not too sure on that either
