eating your own profits (question)

it may sound ridiculous to you but how do you keep from snacking your own foods?
I mean I was working on the noodles but realized that I've been eating them while I was working! I brought plenty of meals but I'm snacking on snacks.
at the serverwide, someone suggested to place them in the bag and put food on the container slot but that didn't work. and I can't be running back and forth from the bank!

Put your food and drink in a bag and leave them in the top left slot of your inventory. Keep everything else in bags and work from the inside the bags.

you need to place the safe-eating food/drink in the top two slots of the bag that goes in the container-space that is on the upper left of your inventory.
