I've heard that you can regularly buy the items needed for the combine in East Commons (Scent of Marr I think) but I'm sort of KoS with them. Is there another place that has an infintite amount (meaning it's not just there cause a PC sold it) I can get components for this combine? Thanks.

The area with Poison vendors has all the components you need, including the container to create. -
Since he didn't specify the zone in the text, and people often don't notice the topics, what he means is Plane of Knowledge.
Go to the End of the zone with the pool of water and the two fishermen. The celestial solvent is on the DE by the pool, and the essence of marr is on a DE upstairs in one of the rooms.
