Maxing out skills

Hi , I just wanted to make sure on one thing. Only one skill can raise above 200 to 250 ?? correct ? I think I read where there is an aa point that you can do to make all skills lvl to 250 , but I just wanted to make sure. My smithing and tailoring are both 190's and before I advance any further I want to verify... thanks

You can put aa points into New Tanaan Crafting Mastery, each level of it costs 3 aa points.

For each level you can take another tradeskill over 200.
