Werewolf pelt

In cleaning out my bank, I came across a werewolf pelt I've had for goodness knows how long. After checking Allakhazam's and EQtraders, I still can't find out anything about it. Anyone have any idea what it's for? It says it can be used for tradeskills.

The werewolf pelt is used in the werewolf cloak quest from Karg Icebear in everfrost.. 1 WW pelt & 100PP will get you a cloak .

It's used in Alchemy to make Soluan's Vigor. The potions does Regen +10 HP/tick, slowed attack speed and lasts about 5 mins.
