Emerald Tea Leaves

The NPC that is suppose to be a vendor and sell emerald tea leaves, I can't acess, whenever I right click him it just goes right through him.

How am I suppose to get the tea leaves for the temper ?

Sure you are clicking on Sirekoth Eshe located at (103, 280)?

I had that problem with that NPC, he was on strike. I petioned (sp) and the guide got him to work.
