Partical Effects

I happened to get a hold of a Ceramic Rod of the Storms today. No i cannot say i did the combines, i bought it... /bonk me

But it has partical effects (like an epic). Does anyone know if there are other partical effects in player made items?

I'm not really sure, I wish there were though. I really like the effect on the Rod of Storms and would love one on an item I could use. I often equip my Assassin's Seal in my secondary slot when at cuild meetings and just wandering around because the effect is so cool.

Ceramic Gavel does not have any effects, looks like a regular old style hammer.
