Getting your bags out of order when looting is just carelessness. They actually show up on your corpse in the correct order and will go into the right slots if you loot them sequentially.

    Rings/bracers/earrings are backward. =P
Back fills before Chest so you have to be careful if your back slot item can be worn on chest.
Secondary weapon fills before Primary so you have to be careful if you have weapons that are slot specific. I.E. Swiftwind etc.

Ammo slot won't fill from corpse by right click. I have to pick the arrow up and dump it into auto equip or it ends up in main inventory taking the spot that the quiver should go in.

I'm sure I'm missing a few quirks as some of them are mentioned above. These are just the ones that plague me and that I've gotten use to dealing with.

    - The creation of a group will now work from inside a raid.
This worked before, why/how did they manage to break it in a recent patch?
It use to be standard procedure for the raid leader to invite someone to the raid and then have them grab the LFG people as they arrived. Now if you do this, it dumps the new invitee into their own group and hoses the entire raid. You end up with empty groups that you cannot recreate so a raid might be group 1 3 7 instead of just 1 2 3. The only way around it till they patch this live is to form the groups prior to the raid then invite them.

You know....I am not a master chef, never took home economics / baking classes, but yet I can make an omelette.

In EQ, you can horribly "fail" (burn?) making such an item at random.

It's called "getting distracted playing EQ and forgetting the pot on the stove" syndrome.

Hehe, I have done that. Put a water pot on to make some cup of noodles and forgot about it. I actually melted all the plastic parts on the pot. Had to get new one.

So what's the trivial for "Burnt Water" and is it No Fail?

I started cooking at age 7 so I've had LOTS of practice at it and I've gotten pretty darn good. This has three down sides though: Lots of practice means lots of chances to mess up (I seldom make things that are inedible but when I do, raccoons and stray dogs will turn their noses at it; I've found OOPS's on in the compose that MOLD wouldn't even eat). Familiarity breeds complacency (I have a red stain on my 10 foot high ceiling from an "accident" with a blender and tomatoes...) And being confident means I'll try harder things (nothing particularly spectacular here but I've got nothing against trying something I've seen a 70 year old, professional chief do... once... last year...)

Ammo slot won't fill from corpse by right click.
I can't say for sure which way it goes, but from the items i've had... ammo only items won't fill the ammo slot.. ie arrows, hermit crabs... things like that. They'll move to bag inventory before going into the ammo slot.

Trophies will first go to ammo slot though. Also, and it's been a while, i belive the Courier's Potion auto-equiped to the ammo slot for a while.

Well, I have hard time accepting that still. Yes it's better than 5% failure but 2.7% failure on something that is 229 points below your skill is still way too much. I would accept maybe 1% failure up to 100 to 150 below your skills. Maybe. I would rather see no failure on items trivial 100 or 150 points below your skills. However, it's going in the right direction.
I agree with that. This is a game, it should be fun. Even if a master tradesman can fail in real world, there is no reason why tradeskill in a game should simulate that. At 100 or 200 points above trivial, it is just plain annoying to fail. It adds absolutely NOTHING to the game.

Also, the tinkered corpse locator device will go in to ammo slot as well when clicked from a corpse.
