Alright I think I'm pretty high now, I have 158 Tailroing, 122 Smithing, 132 Pottery, 191 Jewelcraft, 182 Fletching, 186 Baking, and 162 Brewing... What can I make to sell for money to help me further advance these skills? Im lvl 53 (without any AA points yet), and want to at least get my Tailoring to 201 first. I mean I'm sure with the skills I have now I should be able to make decent profits.

not knowing class or race is a bit difficult to tell you what will bring in cash.
I know CE, MTP, HMP, QT, SS, and even studds or boning of any sort acrylia or velium or normal will all sell if you want to do those.

You might want to try Grobb's Liquidized Meats, which is brewing. They trivial at 216 I think, and you can make nice money skilling up on them by selling off the results. Worked for me.
Brewing is a good one to get over 200 early, too, because smithing and tailoring both need the skills of a very high level brewer for tempers(components can be expensive or very rare). So with high skill, you might make money off tempers while still a relatively poor lowbie, and eventually, if you get into lots of high level tradeskilling, you'll need brewing anyway. So it could be great early, and will never be a waste later on in the game.
