No. These forums are for discussion of tradeskills. Anything not related to tradeskills can go in OOC. However, the idea behind message boards is that you post a thread if you have a question or comment or other topic of discussion. Different threads for different topics. Creating a single thread for discussion of any and all topics kinda defeats the purpose.
If you have something specific you wish to discuss, then do so. But do not create pointless posts that clutter the forums and make it difficult to find the real conversation.
