Warded Satchel?

I was looking through my son's bank yesterday, he's a level 14 druid, and came across a Warded Satchel, 4 slot, Giant size, container with a combine button at the bottom. I have no idea where he might have gotten it, but my guess is somewhere in Qeynos or Butcherblock area.

Anyone know what this satchel is used to combine?

Long answer: The Warded Satchel is a container given out for a LoY quest by a froggie in West Freeport. You need to collect three pieces of Luggald Flesh from Dulak, combine them in the satchel, then hand it back to the frog (Taxonomist Darwin Grisk) in Freeport. He then gives you another warded container to get three different samples from Nadox. Then he sends you off to Tox to kill a triggered L60'ish giant skeleton mob. Take the drop back to him for the prize (different if you are caster or melee).

Short answer: It's for a fun LoY quest that starts in Freeport. Not for any tradeskills. Your son would be mulched if he tried to follow through on the quest at L14.
