Does anyone know what a Stormwatcher's Horn is for? I have seen them for sale in the bazaar for a good bit, but cannot find anything on what it is for?

You see them for sale in the bazaar because people will sell anything they don't know about in an attempt to 'strike it rich' from tradeskillers.

They are vendor trash, unless some super sekret quest uses them.

They are there to make me think that someone is selling s "Stormwatcher Stone" in the bazaar for 50p, and then to dash my hopes.
