  • Difference in skillups from 330-355 INT / WIS

    Hey there,

This is probably not a topic many people can relate to, but im hoping that at least a few persons could share their experiences.

Having grandmastered one skill at 280 INT and one 330 INT. I didnt see much difference in skillups. But since one of the skills was tailoring and it took more than 6month to get up there its kindda hard to tell the full picture as i didnt keep logs.

    My question is:
I am currently at 330 INT, and im wondering if i should go get those 10 AA points to get my INT to 355 before powerskilling pottery / fletching to 355. Is it worthwhile?
Money is not that big of an issue. But is there any noticeable difference between the skillup rate at 330 vs 355?

    Damion -

This topic has been debated quite frequently on this board.

You would do well to use the search button above. Although the threads may have fallen off the first page or three, there is already a lot of discussion and data-collection on this topic.

      Im sorry.

I flipped through the first 5 pages. Nothing.

Did a search on "difference" AND "330" AND "355".

Turned up 1 thread - which imo was inconclusive since the datapools were too small. I assumed it hadnt been covered to the full extent.

Will go back and search more ...

Lock, kill, whatever this thread then.

I am looking for basically the same info.

What kind of gain do you get in terms of skill up percentage going from 300 to 355?

        Thanks

          Damion:

Your question is too specific. There is, as far as I know, no information that relates to specific breaks in int/wis. Everyone says "get it as high as possible".

It is pretty well known that increasing int/wis increases chance of skill ups. No one has, as far as I know, ever quantified it.

Skill up percentages also depend on the level you have in your tradeskill and the specific tradeskill in question.
