I apologize if this is not the right forum for this question. I have recently stumbled across a couple of midnight stones, which I am looking to unload. However, I have not been able to get an accurate PC on them. I am not looking for mass profit, just to pass these stones along at a fair price to fellow tradeskillers. Thanx in advance...

You should have posted this in your server's marketplace forum.
Not to mention that midnight stones are not used in alchemy, as far as I know.
However, to try to answer your question – on my server I tend to see Midnight Stones on vendors semi-regularly, therefore I’m not sure if a player would buy them in the bazaar. I’d say check the vendor prices and check in the bazaar to see if any traders are selling them, then come up with a price that you think is fair.

/nod. You'll get a better idea in your server's forum. But, for what it's worth, as I type there are some for sale on Karana ranging from 300-1000pp asking price. Two at 300, 1 at 375, 1 at 500, 4 at 600, 4 at 650, 1 at 1000. I'd say that probably means 300-500 is an approximate going rate.
Btw as this item is used in numerous other skills, but not alchemy, I'm moving this to General.

Hmm...well, the prices on items in the Bazaar do not necessarily reflect the actual value of the items. I cite as evidence the blue diamonds that have been listed on Karana for sale at 2500pp apiece for well over half a year now, since before PoP. Going prices were around 2000 each when the gems in question were put up for sale, but have since fallen to around 400pp.
So...anything based on the Bazaar should be taken with a grain of salt.

re
I could be mistaken, but I believe these sell for about 65-100 pp from vendors. They are used in tailoring for sure, and as a tailor I would only pay up to 150 pp for them. They are semi-easy to get and the items made from them are not super duper great. /shrug just my opinion

Midnight stones are the drop from PoN. They're used in PoP jewelry, smithing, and tailoring. A semi-rare drop, on TM they're like 300-500.... or 6pp from a vendor
They are needed to make the tempers for nightmare smithing, and the studs for leather tailoring.

you can buy em from npc vendors for like 6 plat each (or was it 12)
anyways they are fairly abundant (infact overabundant) i used to farm em off vendors but i got so many now that i just leave em there cause they are useless (along with the overcommon sandstorm pearls)Oberan Lifebringer

This was initially posted in the alchemy forum and moved here (see Verdandi's first post in the thread).Originally posted by Rendael BrighDid I miss something in the first post?
I do not see them mentioning alchemy, but two people say they are not used in alchemy.
