Twilight Bloom in Tox Forest?

Hello all,

I recently returned to EQ, and I started finding a flower called "Twilight Bloom" dropping off low level mobs in Tox Forest.

Can anyone tell me what they are for, or perhaps point me in the right direction?

Twilight Blooms are for an early stage in a froglok wizard (and only froglok wizard) progressive quest, which starts with Anlut Heavenfall on one of the hands in Innothule.

After he ports you to Oasis (or was is Nexus?) and calls you an idiot, he asks for you to collect 3 twilight bloom and return them along with the McGuffin he gave you at the start.

Itzena Alhazared, Revenant of {Planeteers}, Vallon Zek. And also a seamstress.
Gelcea Macha, Wandering Animist of Tarew Marr. Will be a smith, one day.
